The natural Robiola d'Alba produced by Caseificio Longo is a fresh pasteurized cow's milk cheese, of Piedmontese origin. The cheese is chalky, compact, homogeneous and soft. The shape is round, the color is white and the taste is pleasant, intense and sweet, albeit with acidic notes. To be consumed preferably within 18 days. Thanks to its soft, smooth and creamy consistency, the natural Robiola d'Alba is perfect to be enjoyed spread on bread, to start or end a meal in the right way, but also to be savored in purity!
