Description
A real Piedmont classic with a meat filling. The name derives from the movement (pinching) used to seal the light egg pasta pockets. These Ravioli del Plin are usually boiled for a few minutes in lots of salted water before being finished with butter, freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese and sage, or a flavoursome roasted meat broth.

INGREDIENTS: Paste: Paste: durum WHEAT semolina, WHEAT flour, EGGS (20% on the paste; 12% on the total), water, salt. Filling: pork, beef, mortadella (pork, pork tripe, salt, sugar, spices,flavourings,garlic,antioxidant: E300, preservative:E250), roasted meat (pork, salt, saccharose, spices, natural flavors, antioxidant: E301, preservatives: E250), Grana Padano PDO cheese (MILK, salt, preservative: lysozyme from EGG), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, brewer's yeast, salt), spinach, powdered skimmed MILK, salt, red wine, flavourings (contains GLUTEN), vegetables in variable proportions (onion, carrot, CELERY), EGG, herbs, sunflower oil, E200 as preservative, spices, rice flour for sprinkling. May contain traces of crustaceans, fish, soy and nuts.
