Quick and easy to prepare, tortelloni with gorgonzola and nuts are an excellent idea to bring to the table a dish of fresh stuffed egg pasta, typical of the Italian culinary tradition, ready in just 2 minutes of cooking! The tortelloni from Pastificio FB are obtained from the rolling of a dough of durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, egg and water, stuffed with a filling based on ricotta, sweet and spicy gorgonzola, walnuts and other ingredients. Each tortello is folded by hand, the dough is subjected to pasteurization heat treatment and, subsequently, packaged in a protective atmosphere, to ensure maximum quality and safety. Usually a simple pesto with nuts and gorgonzola is made as a condiment for tortelloni with gorgonzola and nuts. However, they also go perfectly with a butter and sage sauce or a cream made with a mix of melted cheeses. It is an extremely tasty dish, characterized by the strong flavor of gorgonzola, enhanced by the unmistakable unique taste of nuts: a riot of flavors that will drive even the most difficult palates crazy! The package that can be purchased on our site has a weight of 250g and must be consumed preferably within 2 weeks.
Ingredients
Pasta 50%: durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour type "00", fresh eggs (min. 24%) water. Filling 50%: ricotta with fresh cow's milk (whey, whey cream, salt), Gorgonzola DOP 23% (cow's milk, salt, rennet), grated hard cheese (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme d egg), nuts 6%, breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour type "0", brewer's yeast, salt), salt, preservatives: sorbic acid, vegetable fibers, spices. Sprinkled with rice flour.
