Almond paste 66%: almonds 42%, sugar, inverted glucose syrup, antioxidant (ascorbic acid andpotassium sorbate); stuffing 30%: sugar, cocoa butter, hazelnuts, vegetable oil, pistachiosgrain 4%, skimmed milk powder, honey, cocoa paste, almonds 3%, concentrated butter, eggwhite, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanillin, flavourings; mandarin jelly 4%: sugar, glucose syrup,mandarins juice and peels 10%, gelling agent (pectin), citric acid, flavourings. Use of naturalcoloring (curcumin and indigo) for the bell.
