Shipping and delivery terms for refrigerated food
Shipping charges
Our deliveries in Europe are organized from Italy via Nagel-Group, STEF or DB Schenker with refrigerated trucks.
Each order will include the following packing and shipping costs:
- For orders up to € 149,99, the shipping costs are € 50,50 for Austria and Germany and € 52,65 for France.
- For orders over €150, the shipping costs are €20,50 for Austria and Germany and € 22,65 for France.
Please note: additional costs may be incurred for deliveries in underserviced areas and or islands.
Delivery on demand
It is possible to be delivered on a demanded day. You can easily select your desired day at the end of your order – of course without extra charges.
For the requested delivery you can choose from Monday to Friday.
Orders before 12 o'clock will be sent out of Italy on the same day, orders after 12 o'clock will be shipped on the first available working day.
You can order on our Online shop, by e-mail or WhatsApp. With a small service charge of 10 € it is possible to make your order also by phone.
Delivery area
Our delivery area covers Germany, Austria, and France as well as some selected countries in the whole world - for which you can request details about shipping and transport costs- such as Belgium, China, Korea, Japan, Spain, USA ....
Delivery service
With our delivery service you will always receive your products reliably and on time, independently if shipped by truck, boat or air.
Delivery processing
The processing of your orders takes place in our warehouse in Cadrezzate / Italy, near the Swiss border and the airport MPX-Milan. In most cases, your order will be dispatched from Italy within 48 hours. For each order you will receive an order confirmation. For questions about deliveries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Is your delivery missing?
If you haven’t received your orders as requested, please contact NATURALEITALIANO. We will immediately check if there has been a mistake and we will provide you with information and further support.
Complaints
We ask you to carefully check each delivery. Please, record any relevant complaints on the delivery note before signing. Do not hesitate to inform NATURALEITALIANO about your complaints. All damaged products will be replaced or accredited.
Payment methods
For the first 3 shipments you can pay your bills by Visa or MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged once you have completed your purchase and received our order confirmation. You will receive your invoice by e-mail shortly after your delicacies have been sent.
From the 4th shipment other payment agreements can be taken.
