Description
The meat ragout Cannelloni made by Fontaneto are particularly large and cylindrical ravioli with fresh eggs, stuffed by hand, with a cylindrical and red dough that is firm to the touch and to chew. Their filling has an unmistakable taste of meat ragout. Suitable for those who want to prepare an original and tasty first course. Here, they are sold in 1 kg packages in a protective atmosphere. Store between +4° and +6°C. After opening the packaging, consume the product within 3 days. Do not puncture the packaging. Cooking time: in the oven with water and butter for 15 minutes at 200 degrees or with bechamel for 30 minutes at 180 degrees (like a lasagna).
