Pasteurized dairy cream butter. Loaf with rounded edges and hand-made cast of the "Stella d'Oropa". Light straw color. The Lirin was the ancient Biella measurement for butter. Small turned wooden vessel with a capacity of one pound. It remained in use until the end of the 19th century.
