Description

Margot with beer is a soft, medium-aged cheese produced with pasteurized whole cow's milk and craft beer. It is cylindrical with a brown rind; characteristic yellow molds are present in the more mature wheels. Inedible rind treated on the surface with E150a (caramel). Its paste ist soft and has thin holes regularly distributed. White in color with straw-yellow shades. The taste is sweet, pleasant and delicate with hints of beer. The wheels are matured in underground environments on white fir stairs, for a period that can vary between 30 and 60 days.
