The initial reaction of the selectors at NATURALEITALIANO was that of turning their noses up at a product which did not have the DOP mark. The urgent requests from our customers then convinced us to include this Mec ham in our range of products; as the recipe is, however, loyal to that of the renowned, excellent Parma ham.
