Description
Levoni's pork ribs are seasoned with aromatic herbs, roasted on the outside to set their color, then cooked at low temperature and with controlled humidity to keep the meat tender and flavorful. The scent is inviting, the taste juicy and the flavor balanced. Levoni's baked ribs are already cooked and just need to be heated; in a bain-marie, cooked, roasted or grilled as you wish, possibly slightly moistened with broth or wine or cognac. They are cut along the bone and laid out on a serving platter.
