The order is processed within 24 hours and the products are placed into boxes ready for temperature-controlled delivery.
Stuffed pasta is produced every day at h2 in the morning in Piedmont and refrigerated transport takes place on the same day. The 4 x 500g box contains approx. 90 x 5.5g ravioli. EXP 3 weeks. The freshness of the Ravioli is guaranteed by the ATM packaging.
Genuine and selected ingredients of Mediterranean cuisine such as speck, red radicchio, pork, ricotta, durum wheat semolina, eggs and much more make these Ravioli a must for your menu.
Easy preparation. Cooking time: only 5/6 minutes. The seasoning that go best are dried fruit or white with melted butter accompanied by some sage leaves. Sprinkle generously with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

INGREDIENTS: Pasta: durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS (20% over pasta, 10% of the total), WHEAT flour, water, salt (tomate concentrate for red dough 6% on the paste), salt. Filling: ricotta cheese (MILK whey, MILK, salt, acidity regulator: E330), speck (25% of filling, 12,5% of the total) (pork, salt, spices, natural flavors, dextrose, fructose, herbs, antioxidant: E301, preservative), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour kind "0" yeast, salt), red chicory (5,4% over the filling; 2,7% of the total), Grana Padano cheese PDO (MILK, salt, preservative: lysozyme from EGG), red wine, salt, sunflower oil, corn starch, flavorings, onion, garlic, spices, preservative:E200. It may contain traces of fish, soy, crustaceans, celery, nuts. Rice flour for sprinkling.
