Moringhello is an aged buffalo cheese with a raw and semi-hard texture, produced by the Quattro Portoni dairy with Italian milk. It is aged for at least 2 months, must be consumed within 35 days and is sold here in the 600g format. Its shape is that characteristic of a low cylinder, the rind is dry, dry and clean, of a straw yellow color. The cheese is compact and slightly chalky, white in color and with very fine holes. The salting is in brine, the aroma and flavor are delicate and particularly tasty, but at the same time persistent.
