Description
Produced with the prized Slow Food Presidium ‘Bronte PDO green Pistachio', this pecorino is a classic among our flavoured cheeses and is undoubtedly one of the best known and most appreciated internationally. The soft, white paste is studded with pistachios with an intense green colour tending towards violet, giving it a slightly toasted aroma and a sweet, aromatic taste. Suitable for buffets and for a colourful and tasty aperitif.
