Description

Fontal della Rosa is a medium-aged washed cheese, produced with pasteurized whole cow's milk. Cylindrical in shape, its rind is thin and light brown. Inedible rind. Inside, the paste is soft, ivory white in color with straw-yellow nuances. The taste is sweet, pleasant and delicate. The wheels are matured in underground environments on white fir stairs, for a period that can vary between 45 and 70 days.
