The wild boar mortadella produced by the Viani salami factory is the result of the perfect combination of carefully selected wild boar and pork meat. The combination gives the product a strong but simultaneously soft taste. To embellish and enhance the unmistakable flavor of wild boar mortadella, pine nuts, natural flavors, various spices and garlic are also added. No tripe, caseinates, milk powder and polyphosphates are used to make the mortadella. The unique feature of this particular variant of the classic mortadella is the presence, visible when cut, of wild boar meat. The meats used are of EU and non-EU origin, which is guaranteed by the label. The product does not contain allergenic ingredients: is gluten-free, without milk and its derivatives, and without added glutamates. The aroma is intense, while the flavor is extremely tasty and balanced: the strong taste of wild boar meat goes perfectly with the delicate one of pork, which enhances both the flavor and texture. The product is characterized by its pink color and can be eaten alone or with a slice of fresh or toasted bread, cheeses and good red wine.
