Description
The "slinzega" is a typical Valtellina salami. Ancestor of bresaola, to which it resembles in flavor and processing method, it differs from it in shape, size and spiciness. These characteristics, together with a greater degree of seasoning, give a different flavor, much more decisive. The best lean cuts of deer finely selected and processed.
