Description

Pork rump is a particular cut of short-fibred, lean meat. After an ageing period of at least five months, Fior di Fesa can be easily sliced and enjoyed (it is already boned and rind-free). Its meat is tender, flavoursome and sweet at the same time, and can be served as a delicious appetiser or main course. Easily digestible, it packs a huge punch of flavour despite its low calorie content.
