Bresaola carpaccio combines the flavor of bresaola and the freshness of carpaccio. The workability and softness make it the ideal ingredient for the preparation of summer dishes, but not only. The very delicate and slightly aromatic flavor enhances the extraordinary quality of the meat. Product obtained from the processing of the veal tip, carefully trimmed by hand.
