INGREDIENTS: Pasta: durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS (20% on the dough, 10% of the total), WHEAT flour, water, salt. Filling: ricotta cheese (MILK whey, MILK, salt, acidity regulator:E330), "Edamer" CHEESE, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour type "0" yeast, salt), dried boletus mushrooms (5,5% of the filling; 2.8% total), salt, spices, parsley, garlic, preservative: E200. May contain traces of fish, soy, shellfish, celery and nuts. Rice flour for sprinkling.
