The Bon-bons gorgonzola PDO and pears made by Fontaneto are special ravioli with fresh eggs, stuffed by hand, with a purple dough, firm to the touch and to chew. Their filling has a characteristic taste of PDO Gorgonzola and pears. Suitable for those who want to prepare an original and tasty first course. Here, they are sold in 1 kg packages in a protective atmosphere. Store between +4° and +6°C. After opening the packaging, consume the product within 3 days. Do not puncture the packaging.
